Green Energy is a term used to describe energy produced from renewable, alternative resources. While much of your electricity currently comes from coal or natural gas, or is generated through hydropower, extensive research has led to the development of cleaner, more sustainable alternatives. These include wind, solar, and biomass sources (such as burning wood chips, landfill gases, and agricultural waste).
